Returns & Shipping

Customs and Import Taxes

We ship worldwide with Free Shipping. However, buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Masiff is not responsible for delays due to customs.

Returns & Exchanges

  • We accept returns and exchanges within 14 business days from the date the buyer receives the product.
  • Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs, including any related customs duties and taxes.
  • If the item is not returned in its original condition and packaging, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
  • Returns must be shipped only after notifying us and receiving approval from our team.
  • If your order arrives damaged, please take photos of the unopened package and contact us immediately. We will resolve the issue as soon as possible.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Customized or personalized items.
  • Sale items (only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds).
  • Items that have been used, modified, or are not in their original condition.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within a certain number of days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method.
  • If your refund is delayed, please first check your bank account, then contact your credit card company, as processing times may vary.
  • If you still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@masiff.com.

Cancellations

  • Order cancellations are not accepted. However, if you experience any issues with your order, please contact us immediately so we can assist you.

Shipping & Delivery

  • Production and delivery times vary depending on the product. Typically, orders are shipped within 7-14 business days. Custom designs may require additional time.
  • We offer international shipping. Shipping costs are covered by Masiff; however, any applicable taxes and customs duties are the responsibility of the buyer.
  • If your order arrives damaged, please take photos of the unopened package and contact us immediately.

Gift Packaging

  • We provide gift packaging upon request. You can select this option while placing your order.
